We Are The Manufacturer And Supplier Of Pressure Reducing Valves Which Have The Following Types:
Teleflo Pressure Regulators Single Stage & Two Stage Regulators, Teleflo Back Pressure Controller, Teleflo Diaphragm Piston & Pilot Type Pressure Reducing Valves For Air, Gas, Water And Liquid Service, Including Pilot Type And Back Pressure Regulators.
Our pressure reducing valves can be most commonly used in relay operated systems. But however for several applications SDF-operated control system is sufficient. Our specially designed pressure regulators are known as pressure regulating valves. Control valves that do not use auxiliary power source such as air and electricity are called as regulating valves. Our innovative designed pressure valves directly receive power from the control system through pressure detecting means to actuate the valve.
Key features of our high quality pressure reducing valves are
We have designed 4 different types of pressure regulators with varied pressure ranges. Installing these superior quality valves makes it possible to regulate the fluid pressure at an constant value. This is done on the inlet side of the valve, irrespective of fluctuation in load.
They four pressure regulators, with their varied set pressure ranges are:
Primary Pressure Regulators | From 28 to 1.0Kg f/cm² g. |
Secondary Pressure Regulators | From 10 to 1.0 Kg f/cm²g. |
Differential Pressure Regulators | From 7 to 0 Kg f/cm²g. |
Pilot Operated Type Secondary Pressure Regulators | From 22 to 0.5 Kg f/cm2. |
Secondary Pressure Regulators
Installation of this valve makes it possible to regulate the fluid pressure at a constant value on the outlet side of the valve, irrespective of fluctuation in load. Set pressure is designed within a range of 10 to 1.0 Kg f/cm²g.
Differential Pressure Regulators
Installation of this valve makes it possible to regulate the pressure differential between the outlet (or the inlet) side of this valve and the line pressure of a different system at a constant value, irrespective of fluctuation in load. Set pressure is designed within range of 7 to 0 Kg f/cm²g.
Pilot Operated Type Secondary Pressure Regulators
Installation of this valve makes it possible to regulate the fluid pressure at a constant value on the outlet side of the valve, irrespective of fluctuation in load. Set pressure varies for each model, but it is designed within a range of from 22 to 0.5 Kg f/cm2.
Our clients can avail from us a qualitative range of Control & Shutoff Valves. These are fabricated using premium grade metals such as stainless steel and are made available with effective and durable gate balls that remain lubricated for a long time. Our range is offered to clients in different models such as Swing Check Valves, Straight/ Angular valves and Y-Pattern valves. These are also customized to meet the specific requirements of clients’ industrial applications.

1.4 Operating Principle
Condensate causes the float to rise which opens the main valve. This will pass condensate continuously as it
enters the trap.
We Are The Manufacturer And Supplier Of Air, Steam Vents & Drains Which Have The Following Models:
Teleflo Air Vent/Release Valves, Teleflo Moisture Eliminators, Teleflo Float Traps And Condensate Drain Valves.
Teleflo air vent valves or air release valves are mounted on piplines to remove entrained air in water or liquid pipelines and sewerage lines. These valves are available in single float and double float design.
APPLICATION: Air that is entrained in a flowing liquid will naturally rise and tend to collect at high points within the system. This accumulation of air adds resistance to the liquid flow and can, under certain conditions, completely block the flow. However, the most common phenomenon is increased line resistance, requiring the pump to work harder, resulting in an increased energy consumption. Such a situation can continue unnoticed for a long time adding to the cost of operation. TElEFLO Air Release Valves or Air Vent Valves automatically exhaust these small amounts of air which collect at system high points, while the system is flowing and under pressure. This ensures the system will remain free of trapped air pockets, thereby increasing the efficiency and decreasing the overall operating cost of the system. In operation, these valves are installed at high points in the system where air would naturally tend to collect. Air bubbles entering the valve will displace the liquid within the valve and lower the liquid level. When the level drops to where it no longer buoys the float, the float drops. This motion pulls the seat away from the orifice, opening the air vent valve and allows the air that has accumulated in the upper portion of the air vent valve to be exhausted to atmosphere. As the air is exhausted, liquid re-enters the air vent valve, once again buoying the float, lifting it until the seat presses against the orifice, closing the valve. This cycle automatically repeats as often as necessary to maintain an air free system. Applications of Teleflo Vent Valves : Air Release Valves are installed on water transmission lines and sewage force mains, at or slightly downstream of peaks and high points, often as part of a "Combination Air Vent Valve"
